To enroll, visit the Registrar’s Office or log in to the Student Portal (if available). Submit your enrollment form, pay the necessary fees at the Finance Office, and secure your official registration slip.
Add all your final grades for the semester, then divide the total by the number of subjects taken. Example: (90 + 88 + 85 + 92) ÷ 4 = 88.75.
Fill out an add/drop form from the Registrar’s Office within the allowed period. Secure approval from your adviser and submit the form back to the Registrar for processing. Additional fees may apply.
Visit the Registrar’s Office and request a Student Information Update Form. Provide valid supporting documents (e.g., ID, proof of address, or updated contact number) before changes can be reflected.
You may request a copy of your grades through the Registrar’s Office or Student Portal. For official grade slips or transcripts, submit a request form and pay the corresponding fee at the Finance Office.
Secure a shifting form from the Registrar’s Office, obtain clearance from your department and adviser, then submit the signed form along with any requirements. Approval will depend on program/strand policies.
